- রিটার্ন যোগ্যতা: পণ্য অবশ্যই ব্যবহার করা হয়নি, মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে এবং ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া যেতে হবে।
- রিটার্ন অযোগ্য পণ্য: কাস্টমাইজড বা ডিজিটাল পণ্য ও সেবা ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না।
- রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া: ফেরত প্রাপ্ত পণ্যের পর ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হয়। অর্থ মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে ফেরত credited করা হয়।
- ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য: যদি কোনো পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়, গ্রাহক প্রতিস্থাপন বা পূর্ণ রিফান্ড চাইতে পারেন।
- যোগাযোগ: কোনো রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের জন্য আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমকে ইমেইল বা ফোনে অর্ডার বিস্তারিত সহ যোগাযোগ করুন।
This policy applies to all products and services offered under the projects/brands of Invensef Enterprise.
- Return Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or digital products and services cannot be returned.
- Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product. The amount is credited via the original payment method.
